About Our Venue
Warehouse 6’s unique, industrial space creates an incomparable atmosphere for all gatherings. We love hosting birthday and retirement parties, graduation open houses, celebrations of life, welcome receptions, and fundraisers.
We provide the extra touches that support your event – an open floor plan, two projectors and corresponding 145” screens, speakers, and microphones – all included in your rental. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Holland, free City of Holland parking is available to all event attendees, though guests of nearby hotels may not even need it. We are located within walking distance of the Courtyard by Marriott, Haworth Hotel, and Tulyp Hotel.
Outdoor Patio Space
Take advantage of West Michigan’s gorgeous summer season (or any day the weather permits) with our spacious outdoor patio! Your rental fee includes full access to our 2,200 square foot outdoor space- perfect for networking, mingling or some fresh air.

What is the maximum guest count of Warehouse 6?
We can accommodate up to 200 guests with no dance floor, with enough tables and chairs for 170. You are welcome to bring in additional seating to accommodate your larger groups.
What is included in the space rental?
Your rental includes the use of our custom-built Cento Anni tables, chairs, up to four 8’ and two 6’ buffet tables, access to projectors and screens, two microphones, and use of our outdoor patio with four standing cocktail tables.
How far in advance can I reserve the space?
We take reservations as early as 24 months before your event date. A signed Venue Agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost, including options, is required to secure the space.
Being in a downtown location, what does parking look like?
We are fortunate enough to have a City of Holland parking structure located directly behind our building. Parking in this ramp is free and available to your guests. There is also nearby street parking available, and we have a small lot at the venue that you can reserve for special guests who need the shorter distance.
