Our Space

What began as a metal die-casting company in the 1950 is now the Warehouse 6 venue space – our building highlights the industrial history of Sixth Street with artisan flourishes and lots of character.

Warehouse 6 clients are invited to make the space their own, capturing their creativity for a beautiful event their guests will enjoy.

What is the maximum guest count of Warehouse 6?

We can accommodate up to 200 guests with no dance floor, with enough tables and chairs for 170. You are welcome to bring in additional seating to accommodate your larger groups.

What is included in the space rental?

Your rental includes the use of our custom-built Cento Anni tables, chairs, up to four 8’ and two 6’ buffet tables, access to projectors and screens, two microphones, and use of our outdoor patio with four standing cocktail tables.

How far in advance can I reserve the space?

We take reservations as early as 24 months before your event date. A signed Venue Agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost, including options, is required to secure the space.

Being in a downtown location, what does parking look like?

We are fortunate enough to have a City of Holland parking structure located directly behind our building. Parking in this ramp is free and available to your guests. There is also nearby street parking available, and we have a small lot at the venue that you can reserve for special guests who need the shorter distance.
